Attendant as a controlling party

Step

Action

A call is established on the source side of the attendant. The lamps
displays appear as follows:

Loop is lit
Source is lit
Destination is dark
Rls key is dark

Dial an extension over an AC15 TIE trunk on the destination side.
The lamps displays appear as follows:

Loop is lit
Source is lit
Destination is winking
Rls key is dark

Press the RLS key before the extension is answered. The AC15
recall timer is started. The lamps displays appear as follows:

Loop is dark
Source is dark
Destination is dark
Rls key is lit

Note: If the called extension answers the call, the recall timer
is stopped.

Telephone as a controlling party

Step

Action

A call is established with a telephone on the system.

Transfer to an extension over an AC15 TIE trunk by using a flash
hook on an analog (500/2500 type) telephone or pressing the TRN
key on a proprietary telephone.

Complete the transfer before the extension answers by going
on-hook on an analog (500/2500 type) telephone or pressing the
TRN key on a proprietary telephone. This will start the AC15 recall
timer.
