The IP address or DNS name

device is not an HP JetSend
device, or the device is not
turned on and in an online

If you typed the IP address
or DNS name, make sure
the target device is an
HP JetSend device and that
you typed the information
correctly.

The target HP JetSend device
cannot process the document
for some reason, depending
on the type of device. For
example, a printer might be
out of paper or one of the
printer trays might be open.

Check the target device.

JetSend job failure. Device
name: IP address. Invalid PIN.

The target HP JetSend device
requires a PIN (personal
identification number). The
digital sender does not work
with devices that require PINs.

Send the document to a
device that does not require a
PIN.

A connection to the
HP JetSend device identified
in the message has been
made.
