Changing e-mail addresses
Once you have added or imported addresses to your Private Email
address book, you can change the name and e-mail information.
Changing this information also changes it in any of your private
distribution lists where it appears.
Renaming addresses can be very time consuming because the ABM
looks for duplicates before renaming.
To change e-mail addresses

In the ABM main window, click the + next to the folder for your
user name to expand it.

On the left side of the window, click Private Email.

Click the e-mail destination you want to change.

On the File menu, choose Properties.

Change the name, e-mail address, or both items.

Click Change.
Note
You can also change the name of a destination by clicking on the
destination, changing the name, and pressing E
