Duplicated login.

You might already have
started the ABM.

A previous connection with the
ABM might have been
interrupted.

Another user has logged in
under the name you used.

Verify that you have not
already started the ABM.

Unused connections time out
after a period of time. Wait a
few minutes and try again.

To prevent another user from
using your user name in the
future, protect your user profile
with a password.

Failed to add the entry.

During the procedure to import
e-mail addresses, the found
addresses could not be added
to the ABM because the
selected address book is full.

Remove some entries from the
selected address book to
make room for new entries.

Initialization failed.

During the procedure to import
e-mail addresses, the ABM
could not connect to the
server.

In the directory configuration,
ensure you typed the correct
DNS name or IP address and
port number for the server you
want. See “To define
directories” on page 58
.

In order to proceed, you have
to provide information for all
fields.

password.

recognize the user name or
password that you typed.

Verify that you are using the
user name and password that
are in your user profile. The
password is case-sensitive, so
make sure you enter the
correct combination of
uppercase and lowercase
letters.

Login Failed. Wrong Login
Name or Password
Bind Failed.

During the procedure, you
entered an invalid login name
or password for the server to
be searched.

In the directory configuration,
check the login name and
password fields for the server
you are searching. See “To
define directories” on page 58.
