b. Pump the handle until the platform is at the desired

position.

c. Remove the valve tool from the platform rotate sole-

noid.

d. Reinstall the black pushbutton on the solenoid.

7. Level the platform (if necessary).

With the aid of an assistant, activate the appropriate
platform level function button to level the platform.

If no assistant is available, the valve tool must be
installed on the appropriate platform level solenoid.

a. To activate platform level, remove the black push-

button on the solenoid and install the valve tool on
the appropriate platform level solenoid. (item 10, Fig-
ure 5-2.)

b. Pump the handle until the platform is level.
c. Remove the valve tool from the platform level sole-

noid.

d. Reinstall the black pushbutton on the solenoid.

8. Completely unscrew the black thumbwheel from the

diverter valve until it stops. Remove the screw securing
the thumbwheel to the shaft and remove the thumb-
wheel from the shaft of the diverter valve.

9. Remove the manual pump handle from the pump and

secure to turntable in its original position.

Outrigger/Track Movement Emergency

Procedure:

Outrigger/Track Movement Using the Hand Pump in
Hydraulic Compartment on Right side of Machine

PLACE THE MACHINE INTO TRANSPORT CONFIGURATION ONLY
AFTER HAVING ALIGNED AND FULLY LOWERED AND RETRACTED
THE BOOM AND JIB.

WHEN RETRACTING THE OUTRIGGERS, THE MACHINE CAN
BECOME UNBALANCED IF ONE OR MORE OUTRIGGERS ARE OFF
OF THE GROUND AT ANY ONE TIME. RETRACT OUTRIGGERS
EQUALLY, TO KEEP MACHINE BALANCED.

Outrigger Functions:

1. Remove the access panel on the left- rear of the chassis

by removing the thumbscrews. This will provide access
to the manual override levers on the right and left side
outrigger and right and left track function solenoids.

2. Locate the pump handle secured to the inside of the

hydraulic compartment cover, right side of machine.
