3.3.2 IQM-233 Standard Window Introduction
The IQM-233 Standard window contains a Sensor Information pane and a
Source Information pane. See
Figure 3-8 .
NOTE: The Source Information pane is only available when the Control
Enabled check box is selected in the Setup window. Refer to section
3.3.3.1.2, General, on page 3-10 .

The Sensor Information pane displays material thickness, deposition rate, crystal
frequency, and estimated remaining life of the crystal, for up to three individual
sensors. See
