3.3.4 IQM-233 Standard Window Description
In the IQM-233 Standard window (see Figure 3-19 ), only the Sensor Information
pane is displayed when the Control Enabled check box is cleared in the Setup
window (refer to
Figure 3-11 on page 3-10 ). This pane allows a deposition to be
monitored only.
