Changing the Ingredient Name
Click in the Ingredient Name: field. Click and hold the left
button down while moving the cursor over the Ingredient
name so that the Ingredient name is completely highlighted.

Step 8. You also see Ingredient Number: 7 which you
selected in the previous web page. (See Fig. 4-103)
You can continue with this ingredient number or
you can change it by opening the pull down menu
again on this page and selecting another Ingredient
number.
Changing the Ingredient Name
Click in the Ingredient Name: field. Click and hold the left
button down while moving the cursor over the Ingredient
name so that the Ingredient name is completely high-
lighted. (See Fig. 4-104)

Step 9. Type in the new name. In our example we typed
“Flour”. (See Fig. 4-105)

Step 10. Click on the Number of Fills. Double click in the
field so that the value is completely highlighted.
Step 11. Type in the number of fills you want for this ingre-
dient.
Step 12. Click in the Target Wt. field. Click and hold the left
button down while moving the cursor over the Tar-
get weight value so that the Target weight is com-
pletely highlighted.
