If technical support determines that the unit is defective, a return
materials authorization (RMA) is issued by our RMA admin. who
provides shipping instructions.

Note:

It is required that any return has an RMA number or it will be rejected and returned to
the sender.

How to access Digi’s FTP Sites

Digi has set up an FTP server. To ensure binary transfer of files, switch to
binary mode by entering bin or binary before downloading. To access the
ftp client:

• FTP to 206.40.59.2 or ftp.milan.com

• Login as “anonymous”

To access the FTP sites from a web browser:

• FTP to 206.40.59.2. This is also called muffly or

ftp://

ftp.milan.com

.

/pub/fastport/software and /pub/fastport/faq

UNIX Binary Files Available

The following UNIX binaries are available on the FTP site:

• /pub/fastport/software/unix/

Always check the FTP site for previous and latest compiles. These files
contain the host software (fpfilter) and other printing utilities. The file
“disk61X.tar,”contains the latest install script and fpfilter binaries.
