Align Lines of Text
Select the text or text box you want to format.
On the Home tab, in the Paragraph group, click Top Align, Center Vertically, or Bottom Align or right-
click to align lines of text.
Select Top Align to align text to the top within the text box.
Select Center Vertically to center the text vertically within the text box.
Select Bottom Align to align text to the bottom within the text box.
Note: Top Align, Center Vertically, and Bottom Align aligns all of the text on the layout, page, or text
box.
