Create a Brightness Entry
Brightness scheduling overrides the photocell and sets a display's brightness level.
Note: Brightness Scheduling is supported for Galaxy and GalaxyPro 3700 series displays.
Enable Brightness Scheduling by clicking the Application button > Venus 1500 Options.... Select
Add a Brightness entry to the schedule by clicking the Add button, followed by Brightness.
Brightness can be set to automatically adjust using the photocell or it can be adjusted manually.
Note: In most cases, automatically adjusting brightness using the photocell should be used.
Automatic is the recommended setting, but can only be used with displays that have an external light
sensor installed at the display site. The display's brightness level adjusts automatically based on
readings from this light sensor.
Manual brightness control allows you to adjust the intensity of the display using the Min/Max slider
bar.
Brightness can also be set by date, time, and recurrence.
Click OK.
