8. Configured keyboards are shown in the Installed services box. If the desired language configuration

is not listed, click Add... to open the Add Input Language dialog. Click the + next to the language
you want to add and the + next to Keyboard. Select all the check boxes that apply for the languages
you are adding. Click OK, then Apply. Click OK.

An icon appears in the desktop taskbar (usually located at the bottom right of the screen). The icon
indicates the current input locale as an abbreviation.

Windows XP

1. Click the Windows Start button.

2. Click Control Panel.

3. From the Control Panel, navigate to Regional and Language Options.

4. In the Regional Options tab, in the Standards and Formats section, select the desired format from

the available list and click Apply.

5. Click the Advanced tab.

6. Select the desired language from the drop-down list in the Language for non-Unicode programs

section. Click Apply. Restart your computer to apply changes.

7. Configure your keyboard to support the desired language by clicking the Windows button. Click

Control Panel and navigate to the Regional and Language Options. Click the Languages tab. Click
Details... to launch the Text Services and Input Languages dialog.

8. View the list of supported keyboard configurations from the Installed services section. Click Add... to

launch the Add Input language dialog and add any missing language input (keyboard)
configurations. Select the desired configuration and click OK. Click Apply.

9. Fonts and scripts may need to be installed for languages that are not currently installed. Select the

Install files for complex script and right-to-left languages (including Thai) check box control.
Click Apply.

Displaying the Font

To create a presentation with non-English fonts:

1. Create a new presentation or add a layout in Content Studio.

2. Select Text Box from the Quick Insert group and then click on the layout. A text box appears.

3. To display a non-English font, click the blue EN icon on the Windows taskbar, and select an input

language.

4. Select the font and font size from the Fonts group.

5. Enter text.

Note: Before saving the presentation, switch the input locale back to English using the icon on the
taskbar.
