Retrieving Schedules
Right-click a playlist and select Retrieve to retrieve the schedule from the display. Click Yes to overwrite
the existing schedule when the Schedule Warning opens or click No to cancel the action.
Retrieving Presentations
Right-click a running or stored presentation and select Retrieve to retrieve only that presentation. To
retrieve all running or stored presentations, select Retrieve All.
Choose the folder where the presentation will be saved, or click the Make New Folder button to create a
new folder. Click OK.
