Maximum time setting is 24 hours (or 1,440 minutes or 86,400 seconds).
Minimum time setting is a tenth of a second.
When the timeline editor is disabled, all elements are adjusted to start and end at the same time the
layout starts and ends. If the layout contains a video or paging element, the layout’s time is the duration
of the video or paging element (or whichever is greater if the layout contains both) and cannot be
changed without first removing the video or paging elements.
Note: This feature is temporarily disabled when a scrolling text element is present.
