Preview and Play Presentations
Play Presentations
Click Play Current (F6), in the Preview group, on the View tab. The layout currently selected plays.
Click Play (F5), in the Preview group, on the View tab. The entire presentation plays from the beginning.
Click Pause (F4), in the Preview group, on the View tab. The presentation pauses, then click Play Current
and the presentation resumes from where you paused.
Click Stop (Esc), in the Preview group, on the View tab. The presentation stops playing and returns to the
editing screen.
Note: This same functionally can be found in the Play, Play Current, Pause, and Stop button set next to
the Zoom slider bar on the lower-right hand corner of the Content Studio window.
