Align Elements with Gridlines/Select All Elements
Go to the View tab, in the Show/Hide group, click Gridlines.
Gridlines help align elements. You may need to click the Zoom In button to see the gridlines, this
depends on the display size.
Note: Gridlines are not present on the display, but will assist you with editing the presentation.
Click the Select All Elements check box, in the Show/Hide group, on the View tab. All elements within
the layout select.
