Click Date and select a Date Format from the drop-down list.
Repeat process until all desired fields are added to the Layout.
Show/Hide Field Indicators
Click the View tab, and go to the Show/Hide group.
Select the Field Indicators check box to show a yellow box around the data field. Clear the check box to
remove the yellow box.
