Change Timeline Settings
Click the Content Studio button, click Content Studio Options > Plug-ins.
Select the Timeline plug-in and click the Change Settings button to alter Zoom and View settings.

Changing Zoom alters the increments shown on the Timeline. The Second Tenths Zoom is shown
below.
