SOURce[1]:FUNCtion USER

Query

Description

Use the SOURce[1]:FUNCtion USER command to
output the arbitrary waveform currently selected
in memory. The waveform is output with the
current frequency, amplitude and offset settings.
The query returns the current output.

Syntax

SOURce[1]:FUNCtion USER

Example

SOUR1:FUNC USER

Selects and outputs the current waveform in
memory.

Query Syntax

SOURce[1]:FUNCtion?

Return Parameter SIN

Sine wave

SQU

Square wave

RAMP

Ramp wave

NOIS

Noise wave

ARB

Arbitrary wave

A square waveform is the current output.

DATA:DAC

Set

Description

The DATA:DAC command is used to download
binary or decimal integer values into memory
using the IEEE-488.2 binary block format or as an
ordered list of values. After the values have been
downloaded into memory the
SOURce[1]:FUNCtion USER command can be used
to output the ARB waveform in memory.

The integer values (±511) correspond to the
