Sweep Mode

Sweep mode is used to select between linear or logarithmic
sweeping. Linear sweeping is the default setting.

Panel Operation

1. Press the Shift + LIN/LOG

key to select linear (LINS)
or logarithmic (LOGS)
sweeps.

2. The LINS or LOGS icon will be displayed at

the bottom of the screen.

Example:
Sweep = LINS

Sweep Rate

The sweep rate is used to determine how long it takes to perform a
sweep from the start to stop frequencies. The function generator
automatically determines the number of discrete frequencies used in
the scan depending on the length of the scan.

Panel Operation

1. Press the Shift + Rate key.

2. The Rate icon will flash in the frequency

display area.
