From the Menu tab, the thermostat is assigned to a room. This is how the user interface knows which
thermostat to display.

Table 5-64 provides information on the fields available for editing the Menu tab.

Once all thermostats have been assigned, select Apply.

ControLinX and the General Purpose Driver

You can control other devices or subsystems using one-way RS232 or IR. To do this, you must first select the
General Purpose Driver.

To edit ControLinX settings for the General Purpose Driver, complete the following steps:

1.

Connect the ControLinX with the external system using the 3.5mm to RS232 cable.

2.

Click on the ControLinX you want to edit in the project.

The Info tab for the ControLinX hosting the external system displays in the right side of the window (see
Figure 5-76).
