Testing Commands
This feature allows you to test the remote with the MediaLinX to see if your IR
commands are programmed properly.
1.
Verify that the IR emitter is connected from the correct MediaLinX to the source
device.
2.
Select Verify Commands.
A window displays with the programmed commands listed (see Figure 7-9).

Select the command you want to verify.
4.
Select Test Command.
5.
Using the TouchLinX or the browser interface, try the command and see if it
works.
6.
Repeat steps 3. through 5. for the rest of the commands you want to test.
7.
Close the window.
Erase IR
Selecting this option erases the project you just programmed.
1.
From the IR Tools menu, select Erase IR.
You are prompted to verify that you want to erase the IR commands you have
loaded (see Figure 7-10).
