3.6
Real-Time Display Mode
The WinDust pro application is able to provide a real time graphical display of
the MicroDust pro current reading. A scrolling real time graph provides a clear
indication of changes in dust concentration as they occur. Before using the
real time display facility, ensure that your MicroDust pro is switched on and
connected to the appropriate serial port of your PC.

Select
Real Time
from the
Comms
menu, or click
.
The real time window will be displayed. A measurement profile for
the run will start immediately scrolling from the right, as shown in
Figure: 18.

The Summary area shows the maximum, average and minimum
concentration measurements (mg/m
3
) encountered during the
current run.
Press the
Reset
button to clear existing values.
