Solution
1. Confirm link unit settings. (After making settings, cut power to the PLC.)
2. Go to the editor (V-SFT) and confirm the settings in the [Comm. Parameter] dialog in

the [System Setting] menu.

3. If errors only occur from time to time, it is possible that there is a noise-based

communication error.

* If you still cannot solve the error even after following the suggestions above, contact your

local distributor.

Examine the CPU error code and solve
the problem.

You specified an address that
exceeds the memory range of
the PLC that you are linked to.

Check the type and range of memory
that you set.

Invalid CPU model

The PLC currently being
supported does not have a
corresponding CPU.

Confirm whether or not the CPU that you
are using can be used with the V Series.

Format
