Modular ICS 4.0 System Coordinator Guide

The system no longer provides either a Stuttered Dial Tone or
a Message Waiting Lamp if there are no messages pending.

Viewing messages you have sent

ƒ⁄

On a telephone with a two-line display, you can view the
messages you have sent.

1. Press

ƒ⁄.

2. Press SHOW to display your first sent message.

3. Press NEXT to move through your sent messages.

Displays

You have entered an invalid number when
attempting to cancel a message.

You have cleared an external message from
your message waiting list. The message
itself exists in your voice message center
until you erase it there.

You are trying to call from your message
waiting list. The line that you are trying to use
is being used by the identified Norstar user.

You are viewing your message list. The
display shows the number and name of the
line that was used for your voice mail
message.

You have tried to send a message to an
invalid internal number or to a telephone that
is out of service.

SHOW

appears only if you have outstanding

messages. Press

SHOW

to review messages

you have sent. Press

ADD

to send a new

message.

Enter the internal number of the telephone to
which you want to send a message.

Cancel denied
