4.2 Setting Data in Numeric Specification Mode
If operation is performed in the numeric specification mode, the position table will become invalid. Set the data
related to operation (target position, speed, acceleration/deceleration, current-limiting value during push & hold
operation, positioning band, etc.) directly via serial communication.
