11

Error in 24V supply for logic

< 5 ms

þ −

l

24V supply for logic too high or too low.

l

Load capacity of 24V supply for logic is
too low, e.g. when activating the
holding brake.

Send the controller in for repair.

Holding brake defective.

Replace holding brake.

Overload of brake output due to incorrect
dimensioning of the brake.

Replace with appropriate holding brake.

Collapse of supply voltage due to a wiring
error on X3

Check the wiring.

13

Offset current measurement
error

< 5 ms

þ −

Send the controller in for repair.

14

DC bus / power stage
overcurrent

< 10

ms

þ −

Short circuit in the motor winding, short
circuit between motor winding and
housing.

Replace motor.

Short circuit in the motor cable, between
two phase or between phase and shield.

Replace motor cable.

Controller defective (power stage
defective, insulation fault).

Send the controller in for repair.

15

DC−bus undervoltage

< 1 ms

ю ю ю ¨ DC−bus voltage too low.

l

Check DC bus voltage, adapt undervoltage tripping
threshold, if necessary.

16

DC bus overvoltage

< 1 ms

þ −

DC−bus voltage > 70 V.

l

Check correct functioning of power supply unit and
whether the supply voltage for the power stage is within
the permissible range (19.2 V DC ... 57.6 V DC).

l

Set a flatter gradient for the deceleration ramp.

l

Connect an external brake resistor to X2.

l

Check whether other devices connected to the power
stage cause the overvoltage.

19

t error of motor (I

2

t at 100%)

< 100 ms

ю ю ю ¨ I

2

t error of motor.

l

Adapt i

2

t time of motor.

l

Carry out a resolver position adjustment.

l

Check the selected motor data.

l

Optimise the controller setting.

l

Adapt the travel profile (e.g. adapt the acceleration ramps).

l

Reduce the load torque of the motor.

t error.

27

Motor temperature 5 °C
below maximum value

< 100 ms

ю ю ю ¨ Motor is overloaded.

Check drive dimensioning.

28

Power stage temperature 5 °C
below maximum value

< 100 ms

ю ю ю ¨ Controller is overloaded.

l

Check drive dimensioning.

l

Check ambient temperature in the control cabinet and
heat dissipation of the heatsink.
