The module starts in
safe mode after a
reboot because the
user accidentally
entered a past time
when configuring the
module time:

The Time Management page will display a warning mes-
sage. Correct the module time configuration on the Time
Management page.

Reboot the module.
Client Computer
Symptom Solution
The client computer’s
performance has
become degraded and
slow. Open the Windows Task manager. If Internet Explorer is
using the most memory, the problem may be an Internet-
Explorer-related memory leak. To free up the memory, you
can:
„
Close and reopen Internet Exporer.
„
Turn off auto-refresh.
„
Minimize the number of points you create in the Add
Points Wizard.
For any issue, follow the guidelines provided in the “General Guidelines” section of this
appendix.
