Use Message Instructions to Perform Run-time Services and Module Reconfiguration
Configuration Tab
This tab provides information on what module service to perform and where to
perform it. In the example below, the message instruction unlatches all input
process alarms on the module.
Choose the message type.
Choose the service type.
Type the Instance value.
When you unlatch any alarm on the module,
you must type in an Instance value.
IMPORTANT
For some of the service types available with the ControlLogix high-speed
analog I/O module, you must type values in required fields, in addition to
choosing the service from the pull-down menu (as shown above).

lists the services that require additional information.
