Select the NO button to combine the priority slides with the original slide run and
complete the staining of all slides at the same time.

Select the YES button to run the priority slides before the original slide run. These priority
slides can be removed before the original slides are completed.

NOTE: The “Set Slide Priority” dialog is not displayed if the priority Protocol Template is
different than the original Protocol Template. These priority slides are always completed
before the original slides are completed.

7. The RUN TIME screen recalculates the total run time, buffer and DI water. Select the OK

button.

8. The “Save program to disk” dialog is displayed. Select YES to name and save the run.

Select NO to proceed without saving the program.

9. The REAGENT LAYOUT MAP is displayed. Load the reagents and select the NEXT

button.

NOTE: New reagents that need to be added for the priority run and reagents that need
additional volume are indicated with flashing reagent positions.

10. The SET START TIME screen is displayed. Select the START RUN button, the

DELAYED START dialog box appears.

11. Select OK to start the run. The RUN LOG screen is displayed. Select CANCEL to go back

to the SET START TIME screen.

If NO was selected for the “Finish Priority Slides before continuing other slides” prompt,
the combined original and priority run is completed at the same time.

If YES was selected for the “Finish Priority Slides before continuing other slides” prompt,
or if the Protocol Templates are different for the priority run and the original run, the
priority slides are run and completed.

Unloading Priority Slides During a Run

1. The “Ready to Unload Priority Slides” dialog is displayed.
