between the controller and
scanning head?

• Has calibration been

correctly performed?

aligned?

moved from the original

• Are the targets correctly

placed within the measure-
ment area?

• Is a reference edge placed

within the measurement
area?

• Is there any dust or dirt on

the target?

• Isn’t the controller set to the

analog output range setting
mode?

with the matching serial
number.
