5. ADVANCED USES
Printing out mailbox status (Confidential Message
Information)
To check whether the machine has received a confidential
message or not, you can print out a report on Confidential
Message Information currently stored in the unit. Follow the
procedure described below.
1) Press the CONFIDENTIAL key, then press 2.

P R E S S S T A R T K E Y
2) Press START. If there is a message for you in the mailbox,
the machine will print out a sheet to inform you that a con­
fidential message has been received.

Printing out a confidential message
1) Press the CONFIDENTIAL key, then press 3.

mailbox passcode.
