USING THE SUPER COVERPAGE FACILITY

When you send a fax it is often useful to send an accompany
ing cover sheet at the same time. The super COVERPAGE

function on your machine tells the person receiving the fax
your name, fax number and telephone number. These are the
name and numbers that you will have registered in the
machine as the station ID. If you have not registered your sta
tion ID, no

super

COVERPAGE can be sent.

You can also choose to have the super COVERPAGE indicate
the number of pages you are faxing.

You can include an optional comment for inclusion on the
super COVERPAGE. You

can

select one of five

comments,

three that are preset and two original messages that you can
create yourself.
