NV9660 Configuration Page
This is the NV9660 configuration page:
Also required is the QMOCDiag software to configure a quad mixer card.
The page has 3 main sections:
•
Panel image.
The panel has 14 buttons. The left 10 are configurable in this page. The right 4 are not con-
figurable.
•
Button definition section
There are several fields in this section of the page.
When the panel is in source selection mode, the 10 leftmost buttons can be used to select
categories. Thus, for each of the 10 buttons, you can choose a category mnemonic.
When the panel is in gain or balance mode, the 8 leftmost buttons represent an NV7512
input (specified by a device and level) and buttons 9 and 10 are function buttons. The but-
ton’s input assignment in NV9000-SE Utilities is a default value because the NV9660 operator
can select different devices (I guess on the same level).
The 8 buttons, as a group, represent the 8 channels that can be mixed on a single mixer of
the quad mixer card.
When the panel is in source selection mode, the 10 left buttons are used for category and
device selection. If your system has more than 10 categories, you can place the additional
categories on additional “pages” of category buttons. Use the ‘Page Up’ and ‘Page Down’
buttons to select a page for categories.
When the operator wants to choose a category, he or she will use the large knob to scroll
through the “pages” of categories. Following the selection of a category, the operator uses
the large knob to scroll through devices.
