NV9000-SE Utilities

User’s Guide

File type. These are the types of the files. There are 4 types:

Salvo (The file extension is .svo).

Tally panel configuration. (A tally panel is an NV9575-VF. The file extension is .TE.)

Hardware panel configuration. (File extensions vary according to the panel type. For exam-
ple, the extension for an NV9602 is .602.)

GUI configuration. (File extensions are either .700 or .710.)

Buttons

At the bottom of the page are 6 buttons:

Add

Click ‘Add’ to add a pathname to the table. NV9000-SE Utilities creates a new row at the bot-
tom of the router list in which you can enter a pathname and choose a type.

(The ID is generated by NV9000-SE Utilities.)

Delete

Select one or more rows in the ‘Paths’ table and click ‘Delete’ to remove those pathnames
from the table.

NV9000-SE Utilities deletes the pathnames immediately. If you have deleted more than one
pathname, NV9000-SE Utilities will present a deletion warning when you click ‘Save’ or ‘Save
& Close’ if you have deleted any pathnames:

Click ‘Delete’ to commit to the deletion you performed or ‘Do Not Delete’ if you want to can-
cel the deletion before saving.

Edit

Select one or more rows in the ‘Paths’ table and click ‘Edit’ to open a details page for each of
the selected paths.

The appropriate details page opens for the selected file types. The salvo details page opens
for salvos and a specific panel editing page opens for any panel.

Save

Click ‘Save’ to commit (make permanent) the changes you have made in the page.
