[16:23] of the SCRIPTS Fetch Selector (SFS) register
return the PCI Revision ID (Rev ID) register value and bits
[0:15] return the PCI Device ID register value when read.
Writes to the SCRIPTS Fetch Selector (SFS) register are
unaffected. Clearing the PCI Configuration Information
Enable bit causes the SFS register to return to
normal operation.
