To set up a Line Park Group:

1. In the Line Park Configuration window, click the Add button below the Groups

list.

2. Enter a name in the Add Line Park dialog box, and click OK.
3. Select line ID numbers from the Non-Member List and click the Add button to add

them to the Member List.

4. Configure the following Line Park options:

Enable Line Park Timeout—when this check box is checked, a line park call will
time out after the number of seconds set in the value box. The Exit Line Park
option will be used to route the call.

Exit Line Park/Forward to—If a call parked at a line presses # to leave the park
line or if the line park times out, the call is forwarded to the auto attendant or
voice mail box specified here. Select AA or Voice Mail, and type in the number
of the AA or voice mail box you want to use.

Allow #51 to pick up—when this check box is checked, it allows a user to pick
up parked calls from a phone set using #51, followed by the Park Line ID.

For Caller

Play Greeting Phrase when Parked—select the greeting phrase to be played
before the caller hears on-hold music.
