The user will then be directed to the following page that provides a
Tracking number (e.g. TS207) and asks the user if they desire to
upload data files (Snapshot, Data History, etc.). Select Yes – Upload
data from the selector to upload data to the web site or NO and then
press Continue.

If ‘Yes’ is selected, the user is taken to a data upload page. Browse
for the data file and then select Upload to upload the file to Technical
Support. Please note: all data files uploaded are accessible only by
CiDRA Technical Support Personnel. Uploaded data is not visible to
other customers or users of the web site.
