Once the data file has been uploaded the following screen will appear.

After the data has been uploaded click on Click here to return to the
main contact page; or, press the browser ‘Back’ button to upload
additional files.
Following upload, Technical Support is immediately notified of the
uploaded files and will take appropriate action.
