5. Remove the E-clips that retain the bushings.
See Figure 8.36.
6. Remove the bushings. See Figure 8.37.
7. Work shaft out of the seat box assembly.
8. Work the lift shaft handle and spring off of the deck lift
shaft.
9. Install the deck lift shaft by following the above steps
in reverse order.
