• Host: Enter the host of the email address. For example, the host for
[email protected] will be smtp.gmail.com
• Port: Enter the port of the host that was entered above.
• Authentication: This option should be activated if the email being used as the source of
emails has a password.
• Security: Select the security protocol used by the mail server from the options ‘Does
not use SSL or TLS’, ‘Uses TLS’ and ‘Uses SSL’.

Select “Programmed tasks” to create and configure the tasks. This option will display the tasks
that have been created and their main features; all data will be shown on the right part of the
dialog box.
Scheduled tasks
The columns of the dialog box will show the following information:
• Name: Shows the name entered for the task.
• IP: Shows the address of the engine from which the report will be extracted and the
data that will be sent.
• Port: Shows the port of the engine from which the report will be extracted and the data
that will be sent.
• Type of task: Shows the frequency that has been selected for the task.
• Report: Shows the name of the report that will be sent when the task is activated.
The ‘Edit’ and ‘Delete’ buttons will only be active when a task has been selected. Likewise,
when you select a task, detailed information will also be displayed on the right hand side of the
dialog box, so you can view all of the task's features without having to open the task again.
