ACK Timing
BEF and AFT: ACK leading edge occurs before trailing edge of BUSY. ACK trailing edge
occurs after trailing edge of BUSY.
AFT:
ACK leading and trailing edges occur after trailing edge of BUSY.
DUR: ACK leading edge occurs before and trailing edge occurs at trailing edge of BUSY.
