ERROR CODE D2006 Communication board to explosion-proof teach pendant
watch-dog error.
This error occurs when the CPU on the communication board (1GS board) for the explo-
sion-proof teach pendant is suspended.
Main causes include:
1. Defective communication board (1GS board).
2. Defective main CPU board (1KA board).

Replace defective 1GS board.
⇒
Replace defective 1KA board.

ERROR CODE D2007 No response from the built-in sequence board.
This error occurs when the built-in PLC is in an error condition or the program mode.
⇒
Cycle the controller power OFF and ON after the cause of the built-in PLC error is
corrected.
⇒
Set the built-in PLC to the operating mode.

ERROR CODE D2008 Arm ID I/F board error. (code XX).
This error occurs when a communication error exists between the arm ID board inter-
face board (1KP) and the arm ID board (1GV) (abnormal ROM, RAM, DPRAM, etc.).

Replace the arm ID board (1GV).
⇒
Replace the arm ID interface board (1KP).
⇒
Check and repair or replace harnesses and connections as necessary.

ERROR CODE D2010 Sync. error between user I/F and arm control board.
1KA and 1KB board synchronization failed for 1 second or more.

Replace 1KA board .

Replace 1KB board .
