Close the transfer roller cover.

Close the front cover carefully.

Turn on the power.

Make the maintenance setting using the control panel.
When “Replace Fusing Unit” Appears on the Display
A
If the following message appears on the control panel, hold down the
{Escape} key for at least five seconds. The message disappears and a
maintenance reset is automatically performed.
When “Replace Fusing Unit soon” Appears on the Display
A
Press the {Menu} key.
The [Menu]screen appears.
