Disconnect the plug from the P700IQ-PO4
(the heat tracing remains operating).

Switch off the analyzer with the power switch.

Screw off the empty photometer unit.

Carry out the mounting work on a lab table.

Remove the plastic cover from the photometer unit.

Remove the four knurled-head screws that fix the pump head.

Disconnect the connections at both ends of the pump tube.

Pull the pump head off the pump power unit.

Separate both halves of the pump head from each other.

Remove the used pump tube (PT).

Take the lower part of the pump head into your hands. The tube
openings and one roll must be on the front. See Fig. 5-14, 85.
