PLS/OR Relays,
Solid State...............................................

2 Amps at 120V, 60Hz

Output Power Terminals:
+24 vdc Supply.....

250mA for auxiliary devices in addition to the press control requirements.

The fuses for the system 5000 card rack are located on the Power Connector Module. This module
unplugs from the card rack with four "knurled" screws and when facing the circuit board (relay side)
contains the following glass fuses:

Lower Left:

The 120 vac input to the system 5000 card rack is fused with a 1 amp slow-blow glass
fuse.

Lower Right: The +24 vdc power supply output is fused with a 1 amp slow-blow.

Upper Left:

The clutch/brake relay output (ch A) is fused with a 2 amp slow-blow.

Middle Left:

The clutch/brake relay output (ch B) is fused with a 2 amp slow-blow.

The fuse for the system 5000 Operator Terminal is located on the back of the unit, accessed by removing
the fuse cover. This should be a 400 milliamp glass fuse.

The fuses for the system 5000 Relay Output power supply are located on a circuit board inside the power
supply module. The 120 vac input is fused with 1/2 amp slow-blow, and the +12 vdc output is fused with
2 amp slow-blow.

The LMC Relay located on the Power Connector Module (LMC 1,2) is not internally fused and should
be fused externally with a 5 amp normal-blow fuse (do not use a slow blow).

For all field wiring connections use copper or copper clad aluminum wire rated at a minimum of 60°C.
