If an operator station select turns Off (input goes High), a stroke in progress is aborted and further stroking
prevented until acknowledged by the operator. The present running status will indicate “Press Oper. Station”
and the OPER. STATION softkey must be selected. The screen shown in Figure 4.6 is provided to indicate
which station has been turned Off. If this station has been intentionally turned Off, the VERIFY softkey
should be pressed to save this as the present combination of active operator stations. No error is generated
if a station is turned On (input goes Low), and the additional station is added to the present combination of
active operator stations. The OPER. STATION softkey can also be used to view the present station select
status. Verification is required only when one or more stations are turned Off.
