This message is generated by the brake monitor logic when the stopping time exceeds the allowable limit.
An internal fault is also generated and must be cleared by the operator pressing the RESET ERROR
softkey before any further strokes can be made.

"INCH Button Time Out"
This message indicates that both INCH buttons were not pressed within 1 second of each other (timing
is from activation of one normally open contact until activation of the other normally open contact).

"STATION #1 Time Out"

Save as above for Station #1 run buttons

"STATION #2 Time Out"

Save as above for Station #2 run buttons

"STATION #3 Time Out"

Save as above for Station #3 run buttons

"STATION #4 Time Out"

Save as above for Station #4 run buttons

"INACTIVE STA. USED"
This error message occurs in Single Stroke mode if the run buttons for an inactive station or the Inch
buttons are pressed before stroke initiation. The operator must acknowledge the message by pressing the
RESET ERROR softkey before further strokes can be made.

"No Feed in Time"
This error message occurs in Automatic Single Stroke mode if the Feed Complete Signal fails to go low
and back high within the allowable Auto Single Stroke Time (see Automatic Feed Settings).

"No Die Pro. In Time"
This error message occurs in Automatic Single Stroke mode if the die protection module detects an input
not in position within the allowable Auto Single Stroke Time (see Automatic Feed Settings).

"Feed NOT in Place"
This error message occurs in Continuous mode if the Feed Complete Signal is not high when the
crankshaft angle reaches the Feed Complete Position. This test for feed complete is made only if the press
control is configured to recognize the press line.

"V/M PULL IN FAULT"
After energizing the clutch dual air valve, the valve monitor inputs (#44 and #45) did not go high within
the allowable time. This fault occurs only if configured for valve monitor type 001 (see section on Valve
Monitor).

"V/M DROP OUT FAULT"
After de-energizing the clutch dual air valve, the valve monitor inputs (#44 and #45) did not go low within
the allowable time. This fault occurs only if configured for valve monitor type 001 (see section on Valve
Monitor).

"CLUTCH LINE PRESSURE"
The valve monitor input #45 does not track the operation of the clutch/brake dual air valve within the
allowable time. The error message appears as a Reason For The Last Stop if this fault occurs when the
