Lines constructed from a rectangle and an arc
Up to three line constructions can be made from a rectangle to an anc:
• Two point line:
The line between the rectangle and arc centers
• Tangent line 1:
The first line tangent to the rectangle and arc on the same side
• Tangent line 2:
The second line tangent to the rectangle and arc on the opposite side
To construct a line from a rectangle and an arc:
1 Touch the Measure Line icon
2 Touch the rectangle feature
3 Press the Enter key
4 Touch the arc feature
5 Press the Enter key
6 Press the Finish key
The two point line will be constructed. Alternative line constructions can be selected from the drop-down
menu in the DRO window.
