VRTEX TM 360
Work Angle
is the angle between the electrode and workpiece as seen in the work angle picture.
Travel Angle
is the angle between the electrode and the workpiece in the direction of travel. The upper right area
of the screen displays if the user should be pushing or dragging. If the user pushes when they should be drag-
ging, they will not receive maximum points. For pipe welding, this is the angle between the electrode and the tan-
gent of the pipe at that point.
